THE WINEMAKING EXPERIENCEOur Private Vineyard Estate owners learn from the ground up what it means to be a winemaker from working with the vineyard agronomist teams making sure the grapes are picked at optimal conditions to working in wine production: detstemming, cold fermentation, primary fermenation, punch-downs and pump-overs, pressing, malolactic fermentation and barrel aging.
BECOME A WINEMAKEROwners have the opportunity to participate as little or as much as they like in every aspect of their wine's development. The Vines offers different seasonal educational wine programs that include Wine Camp, Cellar Rat, and wine blending sessions. You can learn the differences of varietal characteristics and the the terroir of the Uco Valley.
A DEDICATED TEAMOwners are able to participate even if they are not able to be on-site in Mendoza. We have dedicated client services, sommelier, agronomist and winemaking teams that ensure the quality of the vineyards from the soil through to the finished bottle of wine. Under the guidance of consulting winemaker Santiago Achaval, one of Argentina's most highly regarded winemakers, each wine is uniquely handcrafted according to each owner's individual winemaking plan. Owners are updated with ongoing technical reports and analysis during the harvest season and seasonal vineyard reports.
