Set amidst 500 acres in the prestigious Uco Valley, a limited number of professionally managed Private Vineyard Estates are offered in three to ten acre parcels. Owners produce wine with internationally acclaimed winemaker, Santiago Achával, of Achával-Ferrer fame.

PERSONALIZED VINEYARD DEVELOPMENT                   

Owners receive their own vineyard planted to their unique specifications. Extreme care goes into every aspect of vineyard design which is based on extensive research, analysis and recommendations performed by our team of professionals. Owners can plant several varietals of grapes sourced from the best nurseries in Argentina and Europe. Currently, over 90 owners have planted 442 acres to 13 different varietals.

Owners receive personalized, timely and professionally prepared reports about the status of their vineyard and wines.

PERSONALIZED VINEYARD MANAGEMENT

Owners' vineyards are independently managed to achieve the unique vineyard results necessary for creating the style and complexity of wine each owner desires to make. Personalized consultation and advice from our vineyard management and winemaking teams are an integral part of this important process. Ongoing technical research, analysis and monitoring carried out by our team ensures that optimal farming practices are used at all times.

PERSONALIZED WINEMAKING

Under the tutelage of Santiago Achával, one of Argentina's most highly regarded winemakers, owners' winemaking dreams are fulfilled, with as much or as little involvement on their part as they wish. Each wine is uniquely handcrafted, bottled and packaged according to each owner's individual desires and stylistic preferences.

THE VINES BODEGA    

Private Vineyard Estate owners' wines are crafted in a state-of-the-art winery designed by renowned architects Bormida & Yanzón. Together, with our team and advisors, they have designed a winery that cleverly and masterfully fuses form and function. The winery is dedicated to customized, small-lot production with extensive microvinification capabilities, cutting-edge technology and subterranean caves. We currently have over 100 stainless steel tanks, with the majority custom made for personalized small lot fermentations. Phase I of the winery is completed and we are currently underway with phase 2 which includes an on-site tasting room.
